These are the nylon cooling vest with unipak set (two cooling packs, one for front, one for the back), one size fits all. The cooling packs slip into slots in front and back. This will be your most economical of the cooling vest.

The Cooling Vest is just meant to cover your chest area where you generate most of your heat. It is not meant to cover your belly.

The Cooling Vest will effectively cool for up to 3 hours before needing to be recharged.

When the Cooling Vest has been recharged it will take a few minutes for your body heat to allow the pads to conform to your body.

To recharge simply remove the cooling pad from the fabric carrier vest and place the cooling pads in a cooler of ice and water. If the pack is submerge in the ice water it should recharge in about 30 minutes.

While charged the temperature will remain between 50-55 F degrees. Recharge means the liquid has converted to a waxy solid and as long as there are crystals present the cooling pad remain at between 50-55 F. The best time to recharge the cooling pads are while there are still crystals present in the cooling pad, this will result in faster recharging because of the seeding effect.
